The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível!
A casa é ainda mais bonita pessoalmente.
A vista é espetacular, a localização é excelente e o ambiente transmite muita paz. É o lugar perfeito para quem busca descanso, conforto e momentos especiais em Campos do Jordão.
Fomos muito bem recebidos e nos sentimos em casa durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã, oferecido como opcional, vale muito a pena: é delicioso, caprichado e faz toda a diferença na experiência.
Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos...

"Chalé aconchegante e lugar isolado bem silencioso. Um pouco ruim para estacionar e para chegar no local ( melhorar sinalização e a rua não está no GPS). O chuveiro não tinha muito fluxo de água. Fiquei 1 noite "

"Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello. The apartment is very well located...
