"Bij binnenkomst was er een zeer nette lobby. Het uiterst vriendelijke personeel gaf ons de optie eerder in te checken (tegen kleine betaling). We werden verwelkomt met een zeer nette kamer. De kamer oogde heel netjes, ik miste alleen een koelkast. Verder was de badkamer schoon, alleen zaten er een paar zwarte plekjes in de douche. Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, kostenloser Parkplatz, eigener, sehr schöner Seezugang, Sehr freundliches Personal, haben super Ausflugstipps bekommen. Unser Zimmer (seitlicher Seeblick mit kleinem Balkon) war groß genug und sauber. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick war vollkommen in Ordnung. Preis vs. Leistung sehr OK. "We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"
