"Ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, e staff sempre cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca il minibar, decisamente troppo caro. Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene e ci tornerei volentieri."

After insisting that we would like a different room, we were told that we will need to get another room and pay for it separately. "Die Aufsicht am Pool war extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Der Pool war schön. Leider gab es viel zu wenige Liegen im Schatten. Der Aufenthalt am Strand wäre gebührenpflichtig gewesen."

"Lovely midsize luxury hotel in the center of Genoa, convenient to the Old Town and shopping precincts. In a beautiful old palace, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have amenities like a gym or a pool, but that didn’t matter for us. The staff were all great. We had bicycles and they could not have been nicer about storing them or helping us with them. Breakfast was excellent too."
