"Average. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but breakfast was decent & basic. Odd that we needed to ask front desk for a microwave because the rooms do not come with a microwave."

"The hotel is always nice whenever I stay here. My children and I usually come for a little getaway. The pool is really nice and, although it is operated by a different company, hotel guests are still able to swim for free. We also enjoyed using the basketball court and dining at the hotel restaurant, which is always good"

"I was disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the clerk wrote my room number on my key card and announced it out loud while another guest was standing nearby, which was a privacy concern. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available."

"My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! "Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful.
