"The staff downstairs was very nice and helpful; however, we had to ask for towels, and our rooms were not cleaned automatically. We had to ask for them to be cleaned and restocked with towels. One of the elevators wasn't working. The other elevator had not been inspected in over five years. The breakfast didn't have the best flavor. "The hotel is always nice whenever I stay here. My children and I usually come for a little getaway. The pool is really nice and, although it is operated by a different company, hotel guests are still able to swim for free. We also enjoyed using the basketball court and dining at the hotel restaurant, which is always good"

"I was disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the clerk wrote my room number on my key card and announced it out loud while another guest was standing nearby, which was a privacy concern. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available."

"Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful.
