"We booked 3 months in advance. Booked because of the location and it had a pool. We selected pay at the hotel. The day before arrival they ran our card. We thought that was strange. Showed up. Pool was out of order and the room was disgusting. There was dust and dirt everywhere including the ceiling. ..."
