"clean room and good stay"

"Room was nice. Pool was very cold to the point you couldn't even use it. Breakfast was ok - the eggs seemed off - undercooked, or possibly rehydrated. The cinnamon rolls were very good, however. Due to semis parked on the street at night, and no traffic controls/stopsigns, coming into/out of the parking lot could be sketchy."

"Front desk staff was inviting and friendly, main areas were clean, and breakfast staff was on top of monitoring the breakfast room."

"The best thing was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, but especially Jeff at the front desk. He went around and checked with all the tables at breakfast, answered questions and offered good suggestions for local activities. He was fantastic! Great breakfast, pool and whirlpool. Comfortable rooms and beds. Will definitely stay there again!"

"My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. "No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed."

"My room was right next to the ice machine this last time. When trying to fall asleep i could hear it running pretty loudly. I may request another room if im offerred room 214 again. Otherwise, was another great stay."
