Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . "The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

Non ho gradito invece il servizio del personale, che ho trovato scontroso nel momento in cui è stato fatto notare un errore di prezzi sul sito per il ristorante affianco e soprattutto durante la colazione (scarsa rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel), e dove alla richiesta di rifornire gli affettati (in quantità minime e non sufficienti a coprire la clientela) si è rivelata una grossa problematica in quanto la cucina risultava chiusa (alle 8 di mattina...
