"Very clean and modern hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities within rooms (breakfast bar, all pots,pans,crockery,cutlery etc, fridge, hob,microwave,dishwasher,coffee machine,kettle,clothes steamer, hairdryer) and the Aircon was a must and a blessing in the middle of an August heatwave. Beds had anti bed bug technology (a bonus for peace of mind) and were really comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Free shuttle service to Disneyland though it did get busy at times we always got on. Really good choice at breakfast, lots of coffee and flavoured tea options but no English tea and the 'full English' option could've been better, the only egg was scrambled and no beans, tomatoes or mushrooms and the serving spoons could've been better (it's difficult to get scrambled egg with a small desert spoon!). We did have to pay a security deposit of around €150 which, while I understand any breakages need to be paid for, I feel this should've been clear at the point of booking. On check out we were advised we would be refunded within 10 days. In previous hotels/apartments I've had to leave my card details and have been advised that I would be charged if there was any damage or missing items but I've never actually been charged. All things considered we had a very good stay. The points I made about the security deposit and breakfast are just to give a realistic review and to us these were minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Cet établissement est excellente et très bien située pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Le service, le déjeuner, la chambre, ect est excellent. Le seul petit hic, c’est la nécessité de garder sa carte dans un dispositif accroché au mur, afin de maintenir l’électricité dans la chambre puisque l’hôtel donne seulement une carte, il est difficile de gérer l’électricité et les sorties lorsque nous sommes deux personnes dans la chambre par exemple lorsque mon époux est sorti, il a dû prendre la carte car il en avait besoin pour activer l’ascenseur. Mais lorsque la carte n’est plus dans le dispositif accrochée au mur., je me suis retrouvé sans électricité ( autant pour l’éclairage que pour l’utilisation des prises de courant). Un hôtel aussi modernes devrait avoir aussi des machines à café modernes dans chaque chambre exemple Keurig."

"We arrived early and asked to use the pool whilst waiting to check in. Our room was ready so that was fab! Our room was ready and on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the pool area. This was fab as we could see our room from the pool and there was no way to lock your door from outside and was easy for kids to go back for toliet ect.. We had a fridge and his was great to keep drinks snacks cold. There was no shuttle to disney but we had a car so that didn't matter to us. There was a bus stop outside we saw many people using. A shop was close by and a bakery nxt door and pizza shop. The pool was freezing but the kids loved it wasn't overcrowded but often had a few people around. There were plenty of sunbeds so no fighting over them. I believe you could get ice creams ect.. from reception there was a sign outside pool area. I seen the pool being cleaned a few times so that's always a plus. My daughter and grandson said best to jump in pool and it's fine, Im not that brave! All in all we had a great stay our usual place is full and I would have used here before if id known. Obviously the weather was a bonus otherwise the pool would have gone unused. We are coming to the end of our annual disney passes but I would definitely have used this place more if id used it earlier. I cannot comment on breakfast as we never used this. My granddaughter is celiac so we tend to self cater most of our meals."
