"It is a pleasure to stay in OMO Kansai Hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. I transferred my luggages to hotel at Tokyo airport and picked it up in OMO without any issue. "Hotel very convenient to Kansai airport. very clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was we were early for checkin my sister in law was sick and even though there were rooms available they charged them for an early check in."

"the tv and or remote didnt work , being self check in there is no one to report this to, at first hard to enter building untill you work out how to use code keypad at front door enterence, others also had same problem clean and tidy, very close to station and no noise, many close by restruants"

"Great area if you want to stay before going to KIX. One stop to Rinku Premium Outlets. The room above is a bit noisy around midnight. Dryer is a hazard because of the improper support. We only stayed for one night though."
