We opted to walk to the property from Rinku Town station. It was easy to get to and a good chance to stretch out legs after long hours of flying. Everything was clean and tidy.

Comfortable place to stay with families

The place was comfortable and near the Kansai airport. For those who are staying with a car, do inform them in advance so that they can allocate you the only slot next to the house. Also as per what others had reviewed, be prepared to carry up your luggages from the steps if you are staying at the second floor

Excellent Stay

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.10-minute walk to Rinku Town station and lots to do over there! Shopping and dining options abundant (Get off at Rinku town station instead of Izumisano station). It was rainy when we arrived early at the apartment. They were so nice to let us store our luggages in the room well before check-in time. Thank you so much, we had an excellent stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean airbnb with 4 apartments in small building. Normal suburban street to walk around in morning. 10 minutes from airport and we could go straight to bed. Perfect. The exit sign is a problem though. Far too bright in a bedroom. luckily we all had eye masks. Futons might be a bit hard for some people. Beds were firmish too but very comfy. Mattress toppers are not a thing here

The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again.

It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese). We could not sleep thanks to those local people who left home for work such an early morning. The guests of the building were all very quiet but we were able to hear all noises from outside and everything what the people said outside of the room. The room was spacious, had a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Big bathroom was a bonus! We really love the room but the location was a bit far for us walking with two suitcases…the wall of the house was too thin I thought. What a pity…

The area is quiet and a convenient store was about a 10 mins walk away. We were looking for something close to the airport for an early flight out of Osaka but I wouldn't recommend staying here and communicating to Dotonbori or to other surrounding area of Osaka as it is a far drive. The place is spacious and had enough beds for our family of 5. Overall great location if you're looking for something close to KIX airport.
