Great location only 5 mins from JR station.Typical Dormy hotel with great breakfasts, onsen and helpful staff. Rooms will always be on the small size, but very comfortable.

Excellent hotel, look forward to staying with them again in future.
Due to an early flight I arrived in the morning, but nonetheless the staff were extremely helpful. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period.
Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and...

Excellent hotel close to the train station. Breakfast was nice and the staff are helpful. Rooms are average size for Japan. No hesistation staying there again in the future.

The 'staff' (monks) were excellent, from start to finish, and really added to the experience. They were attentive, warm, and friendly. The room had a typical ryokan layout and was comfortable. The (vegan) food was excellently presented, plentiful, and tasted good in the main. My only gripe is the beanbag style pillows which were pretty solid and tough to sleep on. As it was so warm I rolled up the duvet and used that as a pillow instead which meant I slept well. The opportunity to attend morning...
