"Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited...

"We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states."

"We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful.
It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member."

"The front desk personal was the greatest
The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there."

"Setting was pleasant. Some confusion at check-in as I was registered for Whispering Winds and thought I was at Skaneateles Inn.
The office at WW was never open.
The lock on my door did not seem very secure. There was a chain on the wall, but no place on the door to attach it."
