"I took my wife to this hotel for our anniversary, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better service and accommodations. The TV in our room did not work, the sink had issues, and the bathtub also had problems. I called to report these issues, but when the handyman came, he basically told us there was nothing he could do. Nothing was fixed, and both my wife and I were very upset that our concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, my room card did not work at the bar area. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender escorted me to the front desk in a way that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, almost like I had done something wrong. That experience was humiliating and completely unnecessary. This was supposed to be a special anniversary trip for us, but it turned into a very frustrating experience. I am very disappointed with how everything was handled, and next time I will definitely make different arrangements."

"Pictures look nice but in person was totally different. Rooms are dirty (dirty marks on walls, dead bugs, crusty floors). Hotel is in a sketchy area and right next to a jail, weird people hanging around the parking lots every night. Understaffed front desk- expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to check in. Keys stopped working on day 2, had to go back to lobby (far from room) and wait in long line AGAIN just to regain access to my room (it was 10pm at night, kids were tired after a park day and had to wait to be able to get into the room)."

"First time I’ve stayed in a Marriott in a long time. Upon arrival, everything looked great, but when I went into the actual hotel room, discovered it was very dirty. I spilled a bit of water on the kitchen floor when I wiped it up and looked at the paper towel. It was black with dirt. Underneath the bar in the kitchen, there are crumbs on the floor underneath the desk in the Living area There were crumbs on the floor. But really freaked me out was I got into bed and I looked at the carpeting in between the bed and the nightstand and it was a beautiful shade of blue but when you got away from the bed, it turned dark gray and that’s not by the color , it’s by dirt the carpets need to be steamed cleaned badly.. I used to clean hotel rooms for living. I understand every once in a while things get missed, but the carpeting was really gross.."
