"Absolutely spotless room. Looks like it was just renovated in a building that’s fine and a parking lot that could be repaved. Slept great, although could hear traffic from the nearby road, but it was not busy at night. Shower in the tub had no grab bars and the floor could be slippery if not careful. Only ours and 3 other rooms were occupied on a Saturday night in March. Desk could have been friendlier, and they did charge an extra $100 security deposit which they said would be refunded...

"We were in town for the Aventura concert and just stayed overnight. Room was clean, bed had one very small stain but nothing major. Check in and out was quick and easy, both attendants were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Overall satisfied! Would stay again. "
