"Good location in Ginza. Restaurant is excellent. Staff are professional, providing excellent service. Quiet at night. Bathroom furnishings and lighting are good. Water pressure and temperature were fantastic. However, room is too small for married couple staying for several days. No drawers to place clothes. Closets are shallow, cannot even place shoes inside. No place to store luggage so bags (size 140-150 cm) are always in the way. One side of the bed is nearly flush with the wall and draperies, with no nightstand and no outlets."

"The location is great for the price! The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and there's laundry on site! There are several convenience stores within a very short walking distance. There is also a fantastic park within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Don Quijote is a 5 minute walk. And the subways are less than a 10 minute walk! Don't pass this place up! I highly recommend it!"

"Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda."
