"When we arrived to check in, we were informed that “the systems were down” and they had given our room to someone else. There were multiple families that had the same issue we did. Management was nowhere to be found and they had left what appeared to be someone that might have barely been 18 years old and with zero authority to help anyone to deal with a bunch of angry customers. Ultimately, we were forced to book another room about 30 minutes away in a different town. The experience was...

"Very unhappy with this Marriot chain. We booked a 1 King Room with a sofa and were given 2 full size beds. We have multiple receipts. The woman at the front desk stated to my father you get what you paid for and we did Not pay for a King Size bed because it was a special. Again, we have 3 receipts and copies. The room was not clean along with you cannot sleep at night due to the constant outdoor noise from all of the vehicles. the windows are not good quality. I would not recommend this hotel...

"We....my dog and I..... could not have stayed in a nicer place. We only stayed one night passing through on our way to Florida but the room was very clean, good TV, plenty of room and quiet, easy parking, easy to get to and easy to get back on 95......staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and would gladly stay there again without hesitation."

"A coffee machine was available in the lobby. I left at 3am to beat traffic in Washington DC. It was exceptionally convenient that the staff directed me to the machine to fill my travel carafe the night before. Clean, comfortable. Fridge was available and turned on in order to recharge cooler ice packs and store food. I put a chair to block the direct airflow from the air conditioning unit. Best snowbird stay yet (Florida to New England)."

"River & Twine Tiny home was a great place to stay for the evening. The Mills house several restaurants a coffee shop and several breweries. We love biking and the trails near the Tar River were so nice There was an asphalt and boardwalk type. Great stop all around and enjoy the waterfallls."

"Good pit stop from Massachusetts while on way to Florida. Beds comfy and clean. Bathroom tiny. The building is a bit dated and surrounding close food choices minimal. But it fit our needs and price was good. Thx-"
