For example what is provided and what is not, mainly in the kitchen. There is a book when you get there that has a lot of information in it, but you are already there, so it's not much help in preparing for your stay."

"Walked in to a kitchen floor full of water, clothes with water in the washer and not enough towels to clean the mess. The refrigerator was old and dirty, hair left in the shower, duct tape holding the bathroom door together. The only reason it gets a star is because the coffee maker was great.
