"The room had only one chair, no clock and no towel bars. They were very late with their housekeeping, usually 4 to 5 o’clock before they were done. Difficult when you want to go to your room after a busy day. Also, the breakfast is only 7 to 9, I would think it could be available until 10."

"This hotel has seen better days. For the price, I would not stay there again. The rooms are extremely old and smell like old cigarettes. We left with our clothes, even in suitcases, smelling. The only redeeming quality was the proximity to the beach and nice continental breakfast. For what they're charging, the rooms should be updated by now. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Air conditioner stopped blowing cold during the night, and was very loud. Water in tub ran brown the first 3 minutes, then finally ran clear. Room was clean, staff did a good job, room just hasn’t been updated in a very long time."

"I like that it was on the beach and that it had a water park. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean. Price very reasonable. Balcony room s a must for viewing the scenery."

"Door to the room scratched so hard on the threshold that it was creating a groove into threshold. Bottom of door was held together by drywall screws. Also, there was a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Other than that, it was decent."

"First of all I would like to say staff here was super polite and helpful plus they have nice cat in the office that likes to be petted. Our room was clean and there was a beautiful beach view from our room. Kids enjoyed beach it’s pretty shallow so kids love it. Sunrise was amazing as well. Overall for the money it is well worth it to stay here"

"It was very difficult to get to the Waterpark. You had take to elevator up and walk back down 3 flights of stairs or go around to the property next door and enter from the outside 🤔"

"The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The condition of the property was very poor. Mold on ice machine, wallpaper that is coming off the wall, hot water was inconsistent and luke warm when you could get it. The concrete was cracked in several areas by at least 1 inch difference. The door would not lock except for card reader latch. Won't be booking here again. But the staff was very nice."
