My husband physically struggles to do one floor of steps and my daughter had to hike her archery case up 3 floors- it is very heavy. They said they were sorry he was put on the 3rd floor. But it was done anyway. That would be a total deal breaker for us. That needs to be disclosed during booking, some people it would not matter."
