It was very clean. The hallway smelled like fresh paint so that was a good sign. The breakfast a not that great.

Our key card had to be fixed 3 times in one morning, the front desk man got mad and told me he couldn't wait for us to leave. The elevator safety on door was missing so once it stared to close it didn't stop. There was no parking. Contractors parked thier trailers across parking spaces, then parked their trucks using 2 spaces. For 200.00 a night I am so disappointed, its hard to believe Holiday Inn let's them use their name.

The staff were wonderful! We arrived very early morning after driving all night, and the staff did everything they could do to accommodate us - even telling housekeeping to let us sleep and not disturb without being asked. The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, good breakfast, and great coffee

Staff was friendly but rooms were not cleaned everyday, no new towels, dead wasp on the floor from when we got there until we left. Breakfast not stocked very well

The room was clean except the bathroom. It looked like it was gone over in a hurry. Out of the two towels we were given one had nasty stuff on it. The shower had two conditioner bottles instead of a shampoo and conditioner bottle. When we checked in it was so hot in the lobby it made me nervous the whole thing was out but thankfully our room wasn't that bad. The lobby was horrible though. Way too hot. Other then that the cleaning lady riding the elevator on her phone would really be the only other issue we had. Waiting on her to go back up and get off the elevator after she "accidentally rode it all of the way down" with her cart that took up the whole thing. Was the only other thing I would say was not great. The staff that checked us though were very nice.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. There was mold in the shower, trash behind the bed, trash still in waste baskets, water had collected at the bottom of the refrigerator and was frozen solid, hair in the beds. When my husband complained the girl looked asked what our room number was and when he told her she said, "oh that room is on our list of not to use"?! Are you kidding me??? She said she would pass along all of our issues to the owner along with the pictures he sent her and the owner would be contacting us. That has yet to happen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

Stayed 4 nights over my grandsons birthday. Changed from nearby hotel to this one solely due to advertised indoor heated poo. Pool as well as the room it was in was freezing making it unusable. My adult daughter mentioned this fact to the front desk only to be told we could pack up and go to another property if we weren’t happy. Not good customer service! Also during our 4 night stay our room wasn’t turned down once nor were addl linens given without asking at the front desk. On top of this we had a live wasp in our bathroom. Breakfast was hit and miss with their pancake machine only working one morning.
