"The room and service was good but didn’t like the time on breakfast. We got there at 8:50 to eat and the lady was already picking up everything so we couldn’t eat and she got kind of rude but everyone else was great cleaning people were great the people that Matter is at the counter was good and very helpful so other than the kitchen area everything was super. "

"All around excellent place to stay!!! Clean rooms, rooms cleaned everyday, nice breakfast with plenty to choose from, staff very friendly, parking not an issue. Several places to eat around the hotel also. Would definitely stay again!!!! Pools are nice, the main pool could use a resurface though. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Usually at this price point, you cannot expect the cleanliness and security this location delivers. Yes, it is by a gas station, but the parking lot is well lit and security cameras are clearly being used. There was a lovely woman working the desk when we arrived and someone was there all night. The pet fee was very reasonable for the stay. Our room had some updates and was very clean. The AC worked well and smelled normal for a gulf coast hotel of almost any star level; it's a very humid climate but the room was not damp and moldy. The bed was firm and comfortable. The included breakfast was a nice surprise as well. Overall we had a great stay and would choose this location again when we come through town. Thank you to all of the staff for creating a safe and affordable stay, we appreciated all y'all! "

"My only complaint is that the description on Expedia listed a check mark beside balcony, but my room did not have a balcony. That is an important error that needs to be resolved. "
