"Very disappointing they didn’t have my room ready until around 6:30 PM. And then when they told me it was ready I went to the front desk and they weren’t sure if it was ready. Somebody had to run upstairs and check."

"Spent three night there. Room didn’t get cleaned once. Asked for towels that were never delivered and had to pick straws out of the pool in the afternoon. Nobody was picking anything up. Umbrellas blown over and still laying there at noon the next day."
