Cari Chalet di Jacksonville

"I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"We were harassed by other guest it was reported several times frequent drug activity and when I told them one my last day I was checking never once was I offered a refund on offer we got was a new room but the same people was still on the premises nothing was done I’ll never willing stay there again"

"The pool was empty"

"Comfortable"

"Comfortable beds and different size pillows which is great for individual tastes."

"Glad they are renovating! A couple things missed by the cleaning crew in our room. Breakfast was listed from 6-9am, so my husband and I went around 8am and a lot of food was gone/not refilled. The area for breakfast was also not very clean; Tables were not wiped down and counters were dirty. Staff also went into our room before we checked out. Decent stay for the price I guess."
