"We paid a premium price for this hotel stay and while it was just ok- weather wasn’t good- they didn’t clean our room and we had to call several times for them to replenish our towels and coffee- I def would not pay to stay here again "

"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."
