Hotel Best Western di Jacksonville

"The hotel was average. The rooms were quite dated. Noise from other guests could be heard through the walls easily. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the highway with easy access for traveling. Overall the hotel is fine for a quick stop, but over priced for what is offered. "

"The staff were perfect. When they were advised we had two worn out service dogs (we had been on the road 13 hours) they pointed out the very suitable doggy relief areas and provided a ground floor suite as requested. Nice big room, comfortable with large sitting area and a comfy big bed. As we were in transit, we did not have an opportunity to check out the other amenities. Though it is not a new building, that is part of the charm. I give it 5 stars!"

"Love the staff but your water pressure sucks. Using an energy saving shower head DOES NOT save money! The shower in the room I had was a mere trickle and I left each day feeling soapy which made me itch!! So for that I give my overall rating as ☹️😡"

"The rooms were clean (yes, rooms.). We did have a minor incident with ants in one of the rooms. My fault, though. I left a coffee cup (sweetened coffee) on the night stand for several hours and when we returned there were ants from the floor up to the night stand. We switched rooms, kept all food and drinks in the mini fridge with no further issue. But they, even at 10 pm when we discovered this kindly moved our room. So the staff helpfulness fully outweighed the ants. The pool and hot tub...
