There are a few tweaks I would add—bigger coffee cups as the coffee maker over brews the ones provided….the creamers had gone bad (the non-flavored ones) and there are no spoons provided. "The free breakfast is just okay, at least the eggs were warm. There was no TV service, when I called down they pretended not to know anything, but at breakfast next day everyone was complaining about it. Of course they wouldn’t reduce the rate! Not staying there anymore."

No answer when phoning front desk repeatedly late at night. Phone line crackly and barely working. Breakfast room offerings were poor. No fresh milk or cream. Few to no protein offerings. Virtual check in was efficient but very eerie. Rarely ever leave a bad review but this was egregious"
