"Beach view was lovely. Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. The only downside was the parking, we were able to find a spot very close every night but if we didn't then the valet parking was going to be $32 a night for a small/ medium sizen SUV."
"We have been staying at the Embassy suites in Baymeadows, since 2004. The cleanliness changed and the smell of the rooms is not good either. Breakfast would be much better if they kept the area clean and kept the food stocked."
"I was there for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, which is a very large event. Hotel was fully occupied in the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is that they should have more bartenders when there is such a large event. I waited almost 30 minutes at the bar to get a drink. The bartenders were just overwhelmed by the crowd."

"Surrounded by derelict buildings, the property has a bombed out chic vibe. Construction dust is thick and plastic draped everywhere. Staff is apathetic and our room was untouched for 5 days by housekeeping despite requests. This place has deteriorated in 2 years. Avoid!"
