Renee that works in the cafeteria was awful to be around. She stands around like a guard and doesn’t even greet or interact with the guests. She was carrying on loud about not cleaning up the bread. I would not go back just because she was there honestly. The rest of the hotel was fine.

I had nothing but wonderful memories of my stay at Residence Inn. The staff were nice. The room was spacious - enough to accommodate my family. I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Marion - front desk supervisor for assisting me. My stay at Residence Inn was unexpected. I walked into the lobby deeply disturbed and she sensed it. She offered me a hug and that meant EVERYTHING to me!!! I am forever grateful for Mrs. Marion for acknowledging me as a human and not a customer. This particular property offers free washer and dryer. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. This service served to be extremely helpful as we had to extend our stay.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. There was a false alarm and the fire alarm went off and I had to go down 4 flights of steps with 3 year old who were terrified. I’m not sure if that’s a recurring issue but one of the employees said it happened all the time. That should be fixed immediately. My kids were sleeping and that startled all of us
