"Seemed like a much older property. Got to our first room and it was super hot and stuffy. Kicked the AC on. 2 hrs later still hot and carpet was wet in front of the AC. Called down to report it. Was told someone would be up to fix. 4.5 hrs later still no fix and half the rooms carpet was now wet. ..."
