"Beautiful hotel. Great to have breakfast included. Only downside is the surrounding area (pretty rough) and noise level at night. But it's close to the subway and there are a few parking spots which is helpful. Staff is very nice and accommodating. "

"Super sketchy area at night and there was no parking in hotel lot or on the street (even though we called ahead and were told someone was leaving at 11- but many cars were waiting for same spot) so we didn’t feel safe unloading our things and left. Asked for a refund but not given it. We went to the Hyatt Place in Yonkers for less expense and it felt 100% safe and easy."

"I wish the staff had been more helpful when I asked to upgrade my stay. Unfortunately, I decided to go to another hotel instead. My room wasn't really clean; I could feel the dust on the surfaces, including the towels. I had to keep asking for assistance. Thank you."
