"The hotel front desk staff was very helpful. A young gentleman checked us in and gave us advice about parking as we were illegally parked. The room itself was clean as was the lobby area. The shower was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is right next to St Barnabas hospital and ambulatory care, so it was a bit noisy though it is the city. The sidewalks and streets were dirty in the area, but we felt safe enough walking about a quarter of a mile to Little Italy."

"Wonderful, unique hotel- beautifully appointed, very clean, adequate fitness center, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast including a latte machine. Downsides: very comfortable bed but TERRIBLE pillows ☹️ Typical tight NYC hotel- very small bathroom with NO counterspace- had to place my toiletries on a towel on the floor. Area is not safe to walk around so keep in mind you will need to Uber everywhere. But overall I would totally stay here again!"
