I enjoyed my stay, the staff were nice and area was safe my only issue was my sheets had a few stains on it when I got there and I had to pay a $75 fee before I could enter which I wasn’t aware of prior to booking

Very Unprofessional

They didn't even have the decency to notify me before I drove all the way to New York from Massachusetts that they couldn't accommodate us due to some electrical issues. We had to scramble and scrape up money to get another hotel room for almost double the price because it was last minute!!!! Very unprofessional and tacky at best!!!

At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it.

Worst hotel experience ever.

First of all my experience was horrible. The room had dirty sheets and the doors was filthy. Also you have to share a bathroom and shower with other guest. Disgusting. I try to cancel the reservation and they didn’t cancel and I had to pay the night because of their cancellations restrictions. Over all the street made me uncomfortable because there was a lot of men around looking around on the vehicles outside I didn’t feel save. Also you need to complete a form to get in the hotel. The hotel looked like a motel. Also the rooms where to close from each other that I could hear what was happening on the other room. Worst hotel I been into. At the end I leave the building and feel disgusted and angry because I had no money return and I didn’t stay.

They were unfriendly and would not return my money when they didn’t allow my niece to check in. The address isn’t listed anywhere and there’s no name on the building! It’s like a (catch me if you can$ type situation.

Comfortable rooms

Pleasant stay bed is comfortable staff was very helpful with helping me check in using the code to inter the building I highly recommend this place to friends and family I’ll be making reservations again for next holiday location near by food court and train stations bodega stores I felt safe staying there every floor as a security camera

The room was nice. Two bathrooms on our floor that are shared. My only problem with the place is it’s not well marked. I didn’t receive info on it until I called the number. The guy then sent me a link to fill out before he would send me any info. I was filling this out in the sidewalk outside the door. The only way I found it was ppl on the street seeing I looked lost with my suitcase and giving me directions. Once I filled it out I had to call again and he sent me a text with how to get inside. I’ve stayed at hostels before and the check in was a lot easier. This is located in the Bronx about a 5 min walk to the subway which was about a 45 min trip to down town. The room was very nice so no complaints there but I don’t think I would stay again.
