"We booked in at this hotel since we needed a couple of extra rooms when attending a family wedding. Were not impressed with the check-in desk when we came in at night, and the wifi didn't work. But we were happy the room was warm and spacious, and that we could have a warm shower after a long drive. The towels were not of great quality, but Biotique toiletries were a welcome sign. "We stayed at Radoli for 1 night just to try out, would have stayed longer if it was comfortable. Room was at main floor, staff were talking loudly at reception, didn't let us sleep. The property needs serious pest control, bathroom was full of flying insects. Half of the menu items were not available in the restaurant, they even charge for ice cubes you order for your drink. Overall regretted staying there."

"I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. "
