"The staff was exceptionally warm, empathetic and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The team was attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Anwar for making our breakfast extra special by offering ginger tea when my daughter and I were unwell especially with so much rainfall Jakarta weather in January. You're setting a high bar. Please continue your superb efforts. "

"Staff are great, took care of us. The experience was applied by the lobby restaurant and bar. Firstly, it's a bar, but doesn't serve alcohol??? Some food on menu was not available. The band in the bar was TERRIBLE. Very loud drumming, we got up and left, far better food options in the mall downstairs "

"If you want budget hotel Wizz with its swimming pool is a better choice. Amongst the negatives for Pop the worst breakfast arrangement and limited food choice, poor bedroom and bathroom layout, makes it impossible to use the toilet without getting your feet wet if you take a shower and dangerous on the slippery bedroom floor. The only plus is direct access to Kelapa Gading mall."
