Delightful, attentive staff. Stylishly designed and well maintained property. Comfortable room with plenty of floor space and a huge bed. Easy check-in. A special shout out to Wibi in the breakfast restaurant. Wibi was super friendly and, along with his team, delivered a mighty fine coffee and dining experience, day after day. Thank you Aloft!

For those who know people from Java, this hotel is no exception…the staff is super nice, dedicated My first stay in this hotel was in 2018 it was brand new. 5 years after everything is dirty…also for expedia gold do not count on any perks…upgrades are only reserved to marriot bonway clients… in other words i will never be back there….despite the kindness of the staff

We had a fantastic time, the room was small but cozy and very clean. The hotel is right in the center so can get to East south and west Jakarta easily. The staff was amazing from Tiwi helping so much with anything from checking in to helping us grab a beer, and Satrio at the bar was super friendly and helpful. Both of them made it fun to hang around downstairs. We will be back on our next stay in Jakarta !

Lovely hotel. I really liked the design of the rooms! Very modern and huge bed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Swimming pool and gym were both nice! If I had one very minor criticism it would be that the water in the shower could have been a bit hotter!

Great affordable hotel. Bathroom needs some checking and touch up. Sometimes I smell sewer from the bathroom. They did not clean my room for 2 days. I dont know why. Staffs, location and the view are phenomenal

The Aloft guest room I stayed in was very good. There was just one small problem I experienced. The lighting is not sufficient. Its ok in the day but not bright enough in the evening. I think more light needs to be installed. Other than that, everything worked. Staff were attentive and service excellent, especially those at the restaurant. The 1st time I stayed there, I stayed at the 14th floor. The room was new & nice. This time, I stayed at the 9th floor. It showed BAD wear and tear, so bad, that the shower water leaked all over the vanity area. I had to put towels to remedy the leak!!

dishonest and stealing hotel workers, bad
I have stayed here a few times, but the last I realized that the workers here are not honest. I realized after 4 hours of checking out of the room that there was something I left behind but after I called the hotel the item was lost, the next day I called again but it was answered unrespect from the hotel and my belongings were lost. Please hotel management investigate some dishonest people and take my stuff, those people are detrimental to the image of your hotel. Fyi I checkout 12 Sep’19 room 5014.

I stayed here for business trip. I love the modern-artsy concept of its interior design. Wifi was really easy to connect and fast. Fitness area was not that big, and swimming pool was too small. There were many good restaurants around.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Shower water wasn’t clear, WiFi was very sketchy. Room was clean. I would stay again because of price.

Modern nice rooms, terribly run hotel.
Lovely modern room, good location with less traffic nearby. Terribly run though. No beer or wine available in the lobby bar, they had run out. A live band plays in lobby til 11pm and can be heard 10 stories up (with rooms from 2nd floor). Had to move rooms 4 times to escape noise and was told to call hotels.com the arrange the room change despite being checked in already. Clearly very new staff who don’t know how to run a hotel.

Great place to stay while in Jakarta!
I really enjoyed my stay at aloft. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is very good and bathroom is nice and clean. The customer service is great. Willing to help with any things. Great security guards are friendly and always out walking around. The hotel is close to food and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here when in Jakarta.

Right behind a mosque with what seemed like a 24 hour azan. I understand Indonesia is a muslim country, but even my indonesian muslim wife and father said that it was not normal for the azan to be played non stop. I think it might have something to do with the proximity to Jalan Jacksa and the push to drive foreigners away from the area. It's working as i will never stay again. Also parking is rediculously priced Rp 100k for offsite.

I always love Aloft
Aloft is always the best. Very comfortable bed to sleep. It makes me lazy to go out of the room. Delicious food. Friendly staff from receiption to the kitchen. Everything is perfect.
