We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges. Overall the hotel is good for value and located very strategically to do some shopping, devouring on local and international food, get good coffee and easy to get cab!

Dirty room (there's hairs on toilet seat and sink), building is dated, windows can't be opened, deluxe room doesn't look like in the picture at all, breakfast is so so. Wifi connection keeps dropping. Only pros: Location (near Blok M bus station), Staff are friendly

The rest was ok, except quality of food is not gd n ours are family room without a window. Compared to 3* hotel we still at bandung indonesia.

My First and Last Time Staying In This Hotel
1. I was early for checking-in (11am; from Bandung after a 5-hr drive) and Front-desk staff, Chita told me that there was no room at that moment. I asked her to help me find a room as I have a meeting at 1pm and need to freshen up. She just looked at me blankly, no empathy at all. She did not even bothered to check with housekeeping for any availability. 2. After waiting for 30mins, I was given a windowless room. The room was so small that I would be surprised if no one gets clusterphobic. I asked for a change of room 3. The second room (I booked a deluxe --- supposedly to be bigger that classic) is as small, considering the price that i paid for it. Its neighbouring hotel, Neo, presents a much better room size with much better sunlight, at a reasonably LOWER PRICE. The toilet so crampy that sitting on the toilet bowl becomes difficult. The sink is small and the corner is probably 1ft x 1,5ft in area. The lighting switch is far from the bed forcing tenants to get up in order to operate it. 4. My breakfast experience was a little better. Not much variety, just reasonable. The staff, Donny, was empowered and have initiative. Overall, I was utterly disappointed would readily change its name from Amos Cozy to Amos Lousy Hotel.

繁華街や居酒屋も直ぐそばです！
スタッフの対応も良く又次回も思いました。 が行く日の空室が無く残念でしたが、又次回は予約を入れます。

ロケーションは良いが部屋のアメニティがいまいち？
事前情報で騒音が気になるとのクチコミが有り心配でしたが部屋が6階だとそれほど気にならず。近くに日本食スーパーやレストランがあるので食事やちょっとした買い物には非常に便利。朝食も種類は少ないが値段の割にはそこそこ良いほうかと。部屋は広く良かったですが照明が少しくらい。室内用のスリッパがないので靴で行かれる方は持参しないと床はタイル張りなので裸足だと冷たい。シャワーの時にシャンプーリンスは付いていないので持参する必要がある。またシャンプー等を置くトレイががないので床に置くしかな結構めんどくさい。トイレがシャワールームの奥に有るのでシャワーを使った後トイレに入ると床が濡れているので転倒等の注意が必要か？

コストと立地で選択しましたが、部屋は古くローカルの安宿のようで全然ダメでした。トイレットペーパーもなく、シャワー室もイマイチでした。

ブロックMにあるので日本食には不自由しませんが、部屋は狭く、あまりきれいではありません。 朝食はご飯ものと煮込みなどが中心ですが、野菜があまりありません。 あえてリピートはしないと思います。

Wi-Fiは最強レベルで外出時もエアコンはONにできるが..
２階と３階はイベントホールやレストランなので宿泊階は４階からです ４階に宿泊しましたが 基本、どの部屋にも窓がありませんでした ※ 絵で書かれた窓はありますw 日光が入らないので、時間の感覚が狂います 朝日を浴びないと調子が悪くなる方にはおすすめ出来ません ロビーは素敵でフロントの人も親切なのですが部屋が今ひとつでした 浴室と部屋の隔たりが引き戸のガラス戸一枚なので安宿感がありました ただ、部屋のコンディションとして暑い中帰ってきても エアコンが常時起動可能なので部屋に入った瞬間でもヒヤッとしています エアコンの電源をOFFにしてもうっすら冷気が出ているので冷たいのが苦手な方には おすすめしません Wi-Fiは付近のホテルからすると最強レベルです 4MB程でしたが通常のブラウジングやゲームは快適でした 時折通信が出来ない事がありましたがそこはまぁ国の事情と言う事で ちなみに部屋の掃除には２～３人位できます

残念ながら施設のメンテナンス不足か部屋全体が湿気に満ちていて、クーラーがカビ臭かった。

親切なスタッフがそろったホテル
エアコンの風がとてもカビ臭く、部屋の中はカビの臭いがきつかった。しかしスタッフはとても親切でした。ただうっかり、部屋まで荷物を運んでくれたボーイさんにチップを渡し損ねてしまい、とても失礼で申し訳ないことをしたと思っている。

うるさい部屋
道路に面している部屋でオートバイの音がうるさく、耳栓をして何とか寝た。部屋の交換は応じてくれなかった。洗面の栓が壊れていて一旦閉まるとあけることが出来なかった。全ての電気を消すにはキーカードを外さないと出来ない。洗面台の所の物を置く台が狭く洗面道具が乗らなかった。

立地条件はいいホテル
総合的には、ホテルスタッフの対応はなかなかよいが、設備等に難あり、といった印象。ルームキー（磁気式）が頻繁に使えなくなる。エレベーターがスピードが遅いのかなかなか来なく、来ても満員の場合が多く不便。部屋の位置にもよるでしょうが（利用した部屋は窓がない内側の部屋）湿気が多く、タオル等が乾きにくい。フィットネスジムのマシンがまともに使えない。WiFiは、ラウンジではよくつながったが、部屋ではほとんどつながらなかった。

Luarnya mewah tetapi interiornya terlalu ramai.
Kamar kami (standard) tidak mempunyai jendela dan wall papernya bercorak sangat ramai sehingga menimbulkan rasa pengap/sesak, sering bau rokok di kamar, padahal katanya kamar dan hotel itu smoke-free, sambungan internet sering lemah, bahkan sama sekali tidak ada internet. Alasannya hotel sedang penuh, quota internet kurang besar. padahal kami nginap di hotel itu selama 8 malam, dan hanya beberapa hari saja yg banyak tamunya. Kamar mandi terlalu kecil, letak toilet terlalu mepet dinding shower; kurang gantungan pakaian di kamar mandi maupun di lemari. Layanan house keeping mengecewakan. Swimming pool pengap udaranya. Sarapan pagi kurang bervariasi dari hari ke hari. Kami tidak bisa makan siang atau malam di restoran, harus di lounge, padahal interior lounge dan teras tidak nyaman untuk makan. Untung staf restoran ramah. Harga hotel ini terlalu mahal untuk fasilitas yg disediakan.
