Accommodation is great but food needs improvement.
The hotel accommodation is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. However, the food overall was not good quality. I ordered a steak sandwich without egg but they included the egg and it was very messy to eat and the meat was tough. Also, the breakfast was not of high standard.

Not sure where to start? First, the AC unit is right on the balcony, it makes super loud noise when you turn on the AC, impossible to sleep. We changed yo different room, but it’s the same. Second, the refrigerator kept beeping every morning at 3am, they sent maintenance team to check, they did nothing. Still beeps. Third, there is religious singing 6 times a day right next to the building every morning around 3-4am. Overall, the building is good location, the mall and good amenities, but too many downsides to have a nice experience.

Overall the condition is quite good. Though the small insects were founded in bathroom and room air conditioner remote controller. Hm for breakfast it is required definitely to improve compare to the price.

Some points to be highlighted
Need to be renovated and i requested my rooms in same floor long time before checking in but they gave us different floors. Small space for the toilet which is disappointed. I didn’t like the room restaurant service which they don’t have many varieties if selection. The breakfast is not good. Two elevators in service only which takes long waiting time.

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. It was modern and chic and very classy too. The room we stayed in, one bedrom executive, was very large and elegant with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming in recommending of restaurant to dine in and other services we inquired about. The breakfast was basic but it was ok in my opinion. The other experiences overshadowed this shortcoming. A great location and its connected to a very good mall called Lotte. Shopping was a breeze and seamles. Definitely going back to this place soon
