The staff were friendly and polite, and the location was very convenient, close to malls as well. Unfortunately though, the rooms didn't feel clean at all. The chairs were fabric padded covered in stains, I had to place a sarong over it to sit on them. The couch was worse, it had a cover on it but looked filthy so I didn't even touch it. The bathroom was big but the grout of the tiles were black and moldy. The shower curtains also had black molds on it I couldn't bear to touch it, which made the bathroom floor wet but better than getting in contact with the curtains. The only relief is the linen on the bed were clean. The headboard was questionable so I put a towel over it when sleeping. The pictures online looked decent but the reality was far from it. Not really worth the price to be honest.

Excellent choice for the price, except it is far from the airport. The rooms are wide and clean. Shower is great. They have variety of food selection and the breakfast buffet is really good. The TV channels weren't working. I asked and was told somebody will come to fix it but no-one showed up. For the hotel with that standard, this is unexpected. There is a big mall probably five to ten minutes walks away and where you could find all kinds of Asian food.

A nice boutique style hotel that is well maintained and located closed to the shopping malls and F & B outlets. There's also a nice breakfast selection at the morning buffet. There is nothing not to like about this place. Only 1 feedback : I find it odd that the sink in the toilet is located so deep such that you really have to bent your body forward when brushing your teeth to avoid any spills.

The hotel is just so so. Room amenities are very poor. Room aircon not working well. Breakfast few choice. Location not bad though as there is big mall just across the road. Anyway this is probably the best hotel at this vicinity without much choice

Best bang for you buck !
I was home for my mom’s funeral , and this hotel fit the bill perfectly, the 2 bedrooms with little kitchenette and separate seating rooms enough space to have visitors . Service was very prompt . Location can’t beat it tons of restaurant around, the mall is right across about 2 min walk . Breakfast is pretty good although it kinda get little tiring after staying there for 7 nights . I kinda make a suggestion to them to give guests who stay more than 3 nights to have more options for breakfast like having the choices to dine at the atria hotel . But over all I was a pleasant stay .

Old but clean apartment
Old apartment, toilet bowl flushing malfunctioned twice during my 6 days stay. 2 bedroom but only 1 toilet, a bit inconvenient. 2nd room only has a single bed, I would expect 2 single beds, as in many other countries. No washing machine in unit, common laundry room closes at 8pm, The most unhappy part is the parking fee. Everytime a grab car or taxi arrives and exit, they expect me to reimburse them for the parking fee of 4000 rp, although it is only a pick and go. I have feedback to the Mgr but she says this is the norm. I will not stay in Atria residence anymore, this parking fee is unfair and troublesome for regulars. I do not have such issue at Atria hotel and Ara hotel.

I had asked for non-smoking rooms days prior when booking and was only give two options of rooms that were both smoking floors and rooms. They did do some ionizing or somekind of treatment but smoke smell is still difficult to get out of cloth headboard and curtains. The rooms are very plain and basic. Otherwise the staff if friendly, everything is clean, breakfast is tasty.

minor blessing in disguise
First impression of the place was that it was in very sub-urban town, nothing much near the residence apart from a huge shopping mall (which is literally one road away). However, in the short two nights that my family spent here, we grew to like the serenity of the premises. The room itself was clean and spacious. Amenities are average at best but that was not an expectation anyway. Breakfast was ok, would have preferred a slightly larger variety of cooked food. If you want a slightly less crowded getaway far from central Jakarta, then this could be a consideration.

Overall is fine except the expressive music noise from the nearby shop lot that cause lot of base/vibration to my room. Is unbearable to sleep unless you are extremely tired. Recommend the study table light can be white light instead of warm light.

Comfy hotel and very friendly staff
The hotel seems a bit old from the outside but very comfy inside. We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and was pretty happy. The staff was very polite and helpful. We requested an extra bed for the babysitter and we also asked the engineering guys to hooked up my son's XBOX, they came within minutes and helped everything set up. The breakfast menu wasn't too bad either. Very pleasant stay indeed.

Run fast
You know there's a lot of places to stay and this is definitely not one of them. For Americans visiting Jakarta stay at the Hilton Doubletree. I try to always stay with Hilton brands. As soon as I try to vary from this and try something else I am sorry. Very substandard hotel.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was really impressed by the level of attention to detail that the hotel staff displayed throughout my stay. The room was as advertised. Clean & well maintained. The location was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet also. The food choices varied daily and the staff was terrific. A big, heartfelt Thank You to Sudharto the restaurant manager/maitre d. He was extremely helpful and attentive. I will definitely chose the Atria when I return to Serpong, Tangerang.

Great Apartments with friendly staffs
Almost everything is great. Staffs are very courteous, rooms are great and location is superb. My only gripes are no detergent vending machine in the communal laundry and no crossing to the shopping centre next to it.

Very spacious room. The hotel staff was polite but rather slow in handling check in and check outs. The spa service was so-so. The masseur had no trouble at all in taking charge of the tv remote control and switching it to her preferred channel to catch her favourite show while doing the massage and actually asked for more tips. A totally new experience with spa masseurs in hotel (particularly when it wasn't good).

The check in was friendly and efficient. All staff was very hospitable to my old father actually stayed at the hotel with his driver. However, the aircon was not cold enough as the room was rather warm even with the a/c running. Toiletries supplied was not replenish daily until we requested for it. Hope that this small feedback can be looked into as otherwise my dad had a pleasant day at the hotel with the friendly staff that were always willing to give him information that he required. thank you.

Previous stays at Atria Hotel have been enjoyable, and our recent stay at Atria Residence has been so nice. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Restaurant provided good food. Staff was helpful. Location was strategic.

Good Hotel far away from Jakarta City center.
Except the distance from city center and horrible transportation facility and traffic, this hotel excellent stay, if you only want to stay in the hotel. If you are a tourist it cost lots of money and time to move around. Howeer Serpong itself is a separate and stand along city and there is a good mall with lots of restaurant just opposite to the hotel where one can spend quality time and get good food and even music.
