Overnight stay in Jakarta near the airport

Huge rooms. No some small amenities on the place. The transfer takes time to organize (need to reach by phone) + only one car goes. Local area is for locals: just local restraurants. The breakfast is small. But anyway I like it.

It is only worth staying there if you are in transit in Jakarta. The hotel it is only accessible by their own van transportation, otherwise it is impossible to reach in the alleys of the streets . Breakfast it is Indonesian food that looks like lunch to westerns with chicken, rice and vegetables. Rooms are comfortable. Location is totally impossible to hang around anywhere because it is in an isolated area, so I would suggest only to stay there in case you have a transfer flight on the next day or overnight to the next destination otherwise skip this hotel. Ps: in the night someone was smoking somewhere in the hotel and all that smell was coming under the door .

たまたま隣が悪かったのだろうが、早朝便なので未明に起きてから、ずっと話しが止まず、兎に角うるさい。防音機能などなくうるさい。 シャトルバスは、乗車したらインドネシアソング音量全開、走り出せば2tトラックに屋根付けたようなバスを運転手は全開、ディーゼル騒音最悪、音量全開の意味を知りながら、荷台でガンガン揺らされながら、もう二度とないなと思いながら空港に着きました。

完全なるトランジットホテル

フライトの関係で深夜にチックインし翌朝早く(7時半)にチュックアウトしたのであまり描く事はないけれどそんな使い方こそこのホテルの利用価値だと思います。他の利用客も同様だった。まさにトランジットホテル。その点では全く問題なし。空港の往復共に無料のシャトルバスがあり大いに助かる。但し、予約時に予定到着時間やフライト番号等を伝えていたにもかかわらず、空港に到着した時にはホテルの人の出迎えは無くインフォメーションの人に事情を話すとホテルの電話番号を調べて連絡を取ってくれその後そこでホテルのドライバーと会う事が出来た。もし、言葉(インドネシア語)が出来ず、出来たとしてもインフォメーションの人が親切でなかったなら、本来不要なタクシー代を払う事になっていただろう。

Great staff, needs to be cleaner.

Staff is very friendly, they always have at least one person who can speak English and they work hard to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. However, my bed had urine stains on it, the ac wasn’t the best and after seeing the urine or feces stains on my sheets, I made sure to sleep over the sheets and comforter cuz it was too gross. I could’ve probably had them changed but I didn’t. Also, bathroom’s toiletries can be better. Location is annoying if you need to get in to Jakarta.

Nous avons dormi 1 nuit après un vol long courrier . La navette (demandée par mail en avance) est venue nous chercher à l'heure et nous a ramené à l'aéroport pour l'envol interne du lendemain. La chambre est correcte, matelas confortable mais la propreté laisse un peu à désirer NOUS B'avins pas pris le petit déjeuner

Hotel de muy baja calidad, el recepcionista no sabía casi inglés, ubicado es una mala zona, y aunque parece que está cerca del aeropuerto, hay que dar mucha vuelta para llegar. Habitación sucia y muy muy básica. Nada recomendable. Además teníamos desayuno, y nos dijeron que no, y como el wifi no funciona, no hubo manera de demostrarlo.

Book if you desperate

We missed our connecting flight therefore had to book a hotel last minute. We didn't have great deal of choices with most hotels close proximity of the airport had been fully booked. Hotel approximately 30 minutes from CGK, hidden in a back street which made it difficult to navigate for the taxi driver to find. Bed was okay, shower didn't have any hot water, free wifi which was 1 plus, overall just a basic room to sleep. We organised a taxi pickup 5:15am with the front desk, received a call 5am advising us taxi had arrived. When we got to the front desk taxi was nowhere to be seen, we asked the hotel staff only to be told the taxi had not arrived even though we had received a call advising it had arrived??? Really confused??? Staff had to reorder a new cab for us and we had to wait a further 30 minutes. Overall it's just a nightstop hotel, if you desperate for a bed & cold shower. I personally won't stay again unless we desperate.

다시 가고 싶지 않음

공항 픽업을 한시간 넘게 기다렸음 택시를 타려고 했으나 호탤애서 온 직원이 차량이 오는 중이라고 해서 기다리고 기다렷으나 결국에 한시간이나 공항 밖에서 기다림. 호텔 도착해서 바퀴벌레 모기 온갖 벌레가 많았음 트랜짓 위한 숙박이엇는데 공항 안에 호텔에서 머물걸 후회함

Transit hotel

Basic hotel but convenient for transit stay and for early morning flights from Soekarno Hatta Airport. Free transfer to and from airport is very useful and convenient. You avoid Jakarta traffic and its around a 30 minute drive to and from the airport. Basic but good value. Not recommended for anything other than a one night transit stop......the local area offers nothing of any interest.

Nice hotel in a dicey area

The facility itself is very nice, but it is hidden down an alleyway and that looks very unlikely to have such a nice hotel at the end of it, and the surrounding area is very impoverished

Not as close and convenient to the airport as I thought, 25mins without any traffic although they have good and frequent shuttle services even early in the morning. Location was in a small alley so it was not too easy to find but overall good value and not bad for a day stay waiting for the flight.

スタッフは凄く良いが、他は、、、

ジャカルタ市街で安くて近代的で綺麗なホテルに泊まっていたので、ここはよく思えなかった。窓がないコンクリ張り、鍵がカードキーでない、何故か寒い、シーツが汚れていた、空港から直線距離は近いが回るので20分かかる。ただスタッフは皆、とても親切でした。朝は1時間半おきに空港行きの送りがあります。空港利用の為の寝るだけの利用には良いと思います。

My stay at Bale Ocasa

Pros: free airport shuttle service, accommodating staff, prompt response to queries and requests, WIFI in public areas such as lobby and dining area, very comfortable bed and pillows, big king size bed, AC working well Cons: No WI-FI in room, hotel was difficult to find - off the main road & road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, no restaurants or entertainment nearby, stray cats coming in and out of the hotel, room has a stale kinda funky smell - not sure if it's from the cleaning solvents or lack of air circulation.
