Having stayed in Aston Pluit, my expectations were not high! However, I was greeted with a smile, and check in was very swift, and professional. I had requested a bath, as after a 15 hour flight, I needed a long soak, and reconfirmed while at the desk. I was given a free upgrade, which I was never offered at Aston Pluit! When I got to my room, no bath! A quick call to Reception, and they very quickly moved me. On moving, I found that although the room was made up, and clean, the mini bar was virtually empty. Another call to Reception, and they noted it! The room was very spacious, and clean, but smelled a little musty? Again, not a problem. The bath was superb, and the water, super hot! Deciding to order room service, I couldn't be find a menu. On the 'hotline' to Reception, and they sent one straight up! The layout of the room is a little odd! There is a sofa, and table and chairs, but you had to go to the bedroom, to watch TV! Breakfast buffet was very varied, with Western, Asian and also Arabic foods. The food was hot, and plentiful. (Aston Pluit, take note) All in all, it was worth the money!
