the hotel is mainly catering to people visiting the Jakarta Expo as there are no dining or retail facility within walking distance from hotel. During expo, the breakfast area is clearly not able to cope as breakfast area is very small and cramp and makes breakfast time very uncomfortable. Room itself is comfortable and staff are friendly

The actual hotel was good.The breakfast was really tasty and the room was clean, stocked with name brand toiletries/ water, and had a very comfortable bed. But if you're here for the Java Jazz Fest like I was, you'll find it very difficult to actually get there on foot as there is no direct path from the hotel to the Convention Center and the way that Google Maps takes you is very dangerous (not like crime. The street itself is pedestrian hostile) If you're not here for any event in the convention center then this is a good choice for you! (Just take a taxi to a metro station)

Overall, It presents what you expect from a hotel that is near the expo. Walking distance from the expo. Decent Wifi, Decent breakfast. Only issue is there is no store in walking distance. So if this is your first time in Indonesia, make sure you got your delivery app under control.

Nice stay at the Expo hotel
Nothing in the area so it was quiet and peaceful. Starbucks in the building is to save you from the dismal breakfast. Despite that it's a nice hotel, good staff and the gym is good enough for an hour ot two workout.

I loved the location as it is only a few minutes away from the exhibition center. The only thing the hotel could improve on is there breakfast location which is by far too small.

It is a good hotel if you were to stay there to attend events and exhibitions in JIEXPO. You could literally walk to JIEXPO from hotel to avoid traffic congestion in Jakarta. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfy. The breakfast is ok with limited selection though. One thing that the hotel must improve is the food served at the restaurant downstairs. As there is no other restaurants nearby, I have to dine at this restaurant during my few night stays here. The beef steak I've ordered is so hard to chew and swallow. The Caesar Salad is filled with half bowl full of dressing. Even the simplest fried rice could be so salty. I gave up and had an instant noodle in the room instead on the final night of my stay here.

Good service - good wifi.
Service is good - I especially received extraordinarily good service at the breakfast. Wifi speed is good. If going to the Expo then the location is super, but there is not much else around in the area.

Room was clean however I did not like the smell of the sheets. There are also some small stains. The toilet bowl was not that white as well with some stains. Great hotel staff. Very good breakfast.
