Good Western-style hotel in a convenient location (right next to Metropolitan Mall) that was a significant improvement on the three previous hotels I had stayed in Bekasi prior to this visit.

Room ok breakfast a disaster

Worst quality breakfast I have had in 40 years of travelling
Breakfast on Xmas day was a shambles with maybe over 50 guests crushed outside restaurant waiting for a seat meaning totally unprepared
Great stay i had with my family but the gym was getting from bad to worse; with 80% of the equipment either down or damaged.
My favourite treadmill was seen stored away and my favourite cycle machines were no where to be seen.
I would still return to stay; as the atmosphere and ambience were great and the warmth of the staffs were sincere, helpful and polite.
The customer experience was outstanding. An American traveler was made to feel welcome at all times everyday.
An overall feel of comfort and safety.
The hotels breakfast seem to meet the expectation of all deverse guest list that stay at the hotel. And the happy hour entertainment on the roof top lounge and the piano singing duet in the lobby every evening was nice to return to each day.
I would like to extend a thank you for a pleasant stay and look forward to a return. Everyone there hello from Mr. Joe from Washington DC.
Would be good, if the hair dryer is working each time we checked in for a holiday, rather than the need to call and borrow.
The safe was not reset for our use when we arrived for this visit. Need to call for help.
Overall was good, as the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Always stay here whenever come to Jakarta, clean hotel,right at shopping mall (easy to find food). Decent Breakfast buffet and not far from highway exit

Hotel is right beside the entrance of a huge shopping mall. Convenient for food and some leisure shopping. Good breakfast.
