Room was fine. Breakfast was fine; Staff were always helpful. Would like to come back soon!!

I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. 5 star service across the board ! Thank you !

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I would love to recommend it to anyone.

A modern, luxurious hotel in the centre of Jakarta. Stayed for 2 nights with my partner and 2 year old son and the staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Staff are always ready to help and serve!

It’s very nice stay in good hotel with nice and friendly staff

Nice family hotel

Really enjoyed my stay there.

Nice location, had a good view when I look out at the window from my room, having a good breakfast (really enjoy my meals, sit in the outdoor part of the resto looking down the road), nice gym facilities, quiet place to refresh myself

Hotel in good central position in Jakarta just down the road from Shopping mall and bus stops. Staff in hotel speak very good English and are very polite and efficient nothing was too much trouble. Room good bed very comfortable. Breakfast good variety and attentive staff. Would definitely staff here again and recommend to friends and family

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is cozy, the staff are super friendly, and the location makes it easy to find food and shopping nearby. Would love to come back next time 😊

The place is clean & cozy. There’s no room service but there’s a lot options of restaurant around. Would love to be back for sure!
