Rooms extremely small. Mildew in the bathroom. No essentials for travelers. The white bath tower are totally discolored. No hand towers, no wash cloth. If I knew these condition ahead of time, I would hot have stayed there but every other hotels nearby are sold out.

It's an airport hotel
It's an airport hotel, comfort to spend one day not more. Don't expect to see luxury. The staff was kind and nice, and the room was clean. The food was below average especially the pizza

Overnight stay for an early morning flight
The hotel is little bit old. It probably dues for renovation. It took some time for the air conditioner to cool the room. It is close to the airport. The shuttle bus pickup service was OK. It would be nice if the hotel could consider having a staff to wait at the arrival hall because as someone who was not familiar with the area and language, it was an adventure to navigate to the pickup location. The airport drop off was good though.

Nice little welcome note from Kiwo the housekeeping staff inside the room. Very friendly met him in person the next morning, he was making sure that our stay was satisfying. For sure we'll stay at the hotel again on our visit next time.

Nice hotel close to the airport. They also have a free airport shuttle bus. Staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms were really nice, modern and functional. The only downside is there is not much around the hotel if you want a drink and some food.

This is very much a 2.5 dmstar business hotel. I stayed in the highest standard suite and as Indonesians would say it was 'sangat biasa' [very ordinary]. There appears to be a stupid but deliberate attempt to confuse guests between the Swiss Bella Inn and the Swiss Bell Hotel... such a stupid thing to do. So many guests must get confused and stuffed around by this. Such a dumb way to run a business! Just pick another name! Annoyingly the luxury suite with breakfast that I thought id booked at Swiss Belle Hotel turened our to be a very ordinary suite woth our breskfast at the inn. On the brighter side the staff were super nice and feindly and the room ok lah.

As always the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff make this property one I would return to. Older building but overall kept updated and clean. Hot water can be slow. Free shuttle to and from the airport, quiet rooms and a decent breakfast make this a great transit airport.

Staff are very kind. Communication with them was easily done and they picked me up at the airport even if it was very late ( like 3 am) and it was really professional and warm and kind.
