Great stay
The Margo is the only hotel in Depok where I've stayed, and I have no reason to try anywhere else. Plenty of choices for breakfast, convenient to shopping at Margo City ... there's plenty to like and nothing to dislike.

Comfy and delicious Hotel
Its a great hotel with a veyr good vicinity and good food.The room is clean and comfy, the service is fast. The price is affordable. We love being there and definetly will stay there if we visit Depok again.

Terrible service, no amenities
Not good at all. No coffee, no tissue, broken air conditioner, telephone dead, not working. No ice available, breakfast was very expensive, and overpriced local food. This same food is available for less than rp 20,000 at warteg, but I think tourists from other country do not know about prices here. Hotel stopped offering many conveniences that it had only 6 months ago to save money, sinking to a cheap place.

It was a short stay but I extended by an extra day due to location (2 big and very nice malls as well as one of the most comfortable bed and pillow combinations ever.

Good value for money. Modern, spacious and well appointed furnishings. Only pet peeve is the low water pressure for the shower.

Great Hotel which need Some Human Touch
The Facilities are Great, Spacious Rooms, Great Lobby. Breakfast is great with so many variety. The Margo City Mall is just side by side with the hotel. Near crowd center, Pondok Cina Train Station, and University of Indonesia. There are some notes though, - The Air Conditioner was not cold enough during midnight (or maybe it just my feeling) - WiFi Service is quite slow during the night (too many occupant?) - The Laundry service return the laundry exceeded the time given for a few time. At the end, i have missed one of the laundry and just realized when I got home. - The Front Desk seems confused when I asked for the Hotel Bill attachment (Rooms Service, Laundry) to be bought. Funny, I never have encounter this kind of problem before. Luckily, there are 2 (two) Personel which is eager to helping Me solve the Problem, - Thanks to Ms. Wulan from Front Desk, which scan all of my bill attachment and sent it via email. It helps me a lot to finish the Business Trip Administration in My Company. - Thank to Ms. Maryati from Laundry Division, which sent my lost Laundry Items directly to My Home, especially without charge. I really appreciate their help and cooperation so much and i hope the Margo Management can appreciate them well in a proper way. At the end, I recommend The Margo Hotel Management to improve the skill and service quality of Front Desk and Laundry Division to give an excellent experience for the future guest overcome.

Inflexible Hotel Policy
First stay in this hotel. Arrived at hotel 1000hrs in the morning. Politely asked for an early check in, such that I can freshen up before heading out for my meetings. Reception staff was kind enough to check and found rooms were readily availbale. But hotel policy insists on a check in time of 1400hrs and in my particular situation, a 50% rack rate surcharge for the 'early' check in. Fortunately I had peers already checked into the hotel whom I can deposit my bags with, before returning in the evening to check in again. Fantastic rooms. Wonderful service staff. Convenient Location. Might be a good idea for management to review certain hotel policies. ps. Will gladly pay the addidtional surcharge had I arrive like 0600hrs and can do with 2 hours of sleep with a shower to start the day.

Great Hotel in Depok
Modern, just a walking distance from one of the biggest shopping centre in Depok. The hotel itself is new and centrally located. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hot Water Issue
I stayed for 5 days, and I got 1 maddening hot shower issue. I complained that the shower wasn't hot at all, not even lukewarm. The hotel told me to turn the water into "hot" for around 10 minutes. I did that and the water got lukewarm, eventhough it was max. I called again, the hotel sent technician to my room (came almost 20 mins later). I was told the same solution, I told them I did. They said they need to look into it, but I was tired and I told them to handle it the next day when I go to work. I got back from work, it wasn't fixed yet. I called again, and told to do the same again, and they sent another technician, whom told me same solution again! I got quite mad that time, and finally the technician told me that bcs the hotel is quite vacant, they turn down the heater of the whole hotel. I got quite mad, and explaining this is a 4-star hotel. He came back later and said to me that he turned the temp a bit, but it still need around 15 mins to get proper heat. I complained again. The hotel offer me room at another floor which they explained was closer to the heater. I agreed and got moved around 30 mins later. I got to shower, the floor is wet, and the water is hot! Nice! Got into bed and to find out the next day the water is cold again! I assumed they turned on the water the whole time before I moved to the new room. I got tired, I didn't say a thing, got tired of this stupid issue, and enjoyed the cold shower experience for the rest of my stay.

Useful location between two shopping malls.
Handy stop off from Jakarta on the way to Bogor/Puncak volcanoes/mountains, this modern hotel has all after a long flight. Airport 50 minutes with no jam to 2 hours plus. (Airport train direct to Depok under construction).Private hotel garden and 3rd floor swimming pool in the centre of this transitory city are well planned. Easy use Grab/Uber Airport bus 60,000rp Taxi to airport 350,000rp

New, clean hotel in Depok with large comfortable rooms, convenient to Universitas Indonesia. The food is average but there is a big choice of places to eat at the adjacent Margo City Mall. You can get cold beer, but no other alcoholic drinks.

The Margo Hotel
Facilities are fantastic , the only thing was the wash basin was always block so if you brush your teeth the water was very slow to drain away. Braekfast menu is so delicious, staff very polite and helpful. The Hotel did not have an Aromatherapy Massage saloon, Bakery, maybe in the future I hope. Will stay at this Hotel for future accommodation, everytime I go to Indonesia. I stayed in the room 711, nice view of Mount Salak in morning, and Margondah Street light of travic at night time from the Hotel's window, I really enjoy my stay for 10 days there.

It was a comfort and spacious hotel with friendly hotel staff. With facilities such as swimming pool to unwind myself during leisure time after a day's out travelling the place.Room was well facilitate with variety of channels such as HBO HD. Clean toilet. Safety locker for keeping valuable belongings.

The best Hotel in Depok and Jakarta for us.
The best Hotel in Depok and Jakarta. We had a family meeting @ my uncle's Vila in Pondok Indah. When we traveled from Germany to Jakarta, we always booked this nice hotel. From the staffs, lobby, design, our suite, clean bathroom, breakfast, door security etc. the clean and modern designed Hotel is my favorite one in Jakarta. We were in Pullman Hotel near the CGN Airport, Sheraton, Double tree, Ciputra hotel near the Airport, popp hotel, Mercure etc but the Margo is the best! Would book this hotel again. Santika hotel is the worst in Depok.

スタッフのサービスが行き届いていてとても気持ち良く過ごせます。裏側にはショッピングモールや飲食店があり、雨でも快適にすごせます。 お湯の温度が時間帯によって変わるのはご愛嬌、少し周囲の音は気になります。デポック滞在にはおすすめの良いホテルです。
