"The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since itโs not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for โcheck-in.โ Despite all this, they still collect a โdeposit,โ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here."
