"The rooms were to hot, the ice skating was not available and then told we could get a voucher, we were told it's for next stay, why come back."

"The staff were amazingly friendly. Having the indoor water park and mini golf at the resort was nice. The room was absolutely filthy though. I couldn’t even use the microwave because of how dirty the kitchen area was. There was hairs in the freezer. The floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed in a long time. There was dirt on the beds. Little black specs of dirt were on every surface of the room. The outside lights were so bright shining in to the room and no way to stop it so falling asleep was hard. It was okay for one night but I don’t think we will stay here again. "

"We had an oceanfront 2 queen bedroom and sofa bed. The overall appearance of the room was beautiful. Everything was clean but could have a better smell. The toilet kept getting stopped up and the ice machine in the freezer was broken but other than that everything was great! The pool is nice but needs to be upgraded. The arcade is not really and arcade, it’s a few games beside the pool. "

"Excellent location , right by the ocean. Staff were helpful , but there were times the office was locked , but the on call person came quickly to help when we needed some help. There is no elevator and there are three levels - this is the biggest flaw "

"The room was just enough. Appliances were up to date and I enjoyed the sea view and the closeness of the beach to the hotel! The game room and the pools were a huge hit with my teens. No complaints! "
