"The room was clean, bed was very hard and creeky. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food we placed into it and there was not a microwave in the room to heat up food we bought. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear everyone going up and down as well as every conversation had down the hall.We were there for a Navy graduation and it was very close to the Naval base. There was a convenient side door access near the elevator with key card reader, however, the reader didn’t work and the door was just left unlocked and anyone could enter the building so it felt a little unsafe."

"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."
