"The customer service was absolutely wonderful! We stayed 2 nights as I had two medical treatments that left me completely exhausted! The management had us assigned to a second floor room. When they found out that I was in town for medical treatments, they immediately changed us to a first floor room without us having to request it! They were delightful!"

"The room was more than I expected. I'm handicapped and the room offer more handicapped features to make me feel safe. The bed was easy to get into and out of. I was able maneuver my wheelchair around freely without move things or being limited to areas. The bathroom had a wide door to get through easily. The toilet area had grab bars set up for easy use of the toilet. The tub was easy to take a shower in. I am recommending to anyone that needs handicapped room. The staff is very helpful, respect...

"Great place to stay in Rock Springs. Our wrestling team was staying there and they were kind enough to let us use a conference room to feed the kids dinner after a long day. I am disappointed that there is no continental breakfast. Seems to be something that happening a little more lately at various hotels. It’s not going to break the bank of these billion $ companies to throw some free breakfast out. Stayed at a Marriott last weekend and they had a lovely breakfast spread. That is my only...
